- 1 cup full-fat coconut milk (canned)
- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1½ tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder (or 2 tbsp chocolate syrup)
- 1 tsp almond extract
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a saucepan over medium heat, combine coconut milk and sweetened condensed milk. Stir occasionally—do not boil.
- Whisk in cocoa powder until fully dissolved and smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in almond and vanilla extracts.
- Let cool to room temperature, then transfer to a glass jar with lid.
- Refrigerate for up to 7 days. Shake well before each use.
Notes
For a vegan version, replace condensed milk with coconut cream and sweeten with maple syrup or stevia.
Use in coffee, smoothies, or desserts for a flavorful twist.
