Ingredients

- 1/4 tsp Himalayan pink salt
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 8 oz warm water
- (Optional: 1 tsp raw apple cider vinegar)
Instructions
- Warm the water until it’s slightly hot (not boiling).
- Add Himalayan pink salt and stir until dissolved.
- Mix in lemon juice, ginger, and ACV if using.
- Drink slowly on an empty stomach in the morning.
Notes
Use organic ingredients for best results. Not recommended if you’re on a sodium-restricted diet.
