Instructions

  1. Prepare the vegetables: Slice onions, carrots, celery, and mushrooms evenly for uniform cooking.
  2. Combine ingredients: Add vegetables, stock, soy sauce, and garlic to a large pot.
  3. Simmer gently: Bring to a light simmer over medium heat, then reduce to low. Avoid boiling to maintain broth clarity.
  4. Cook for depth: Simmer for 30–40 minutes, skimming any foam from the surface.
  5. Strain the broth: Use a fine-mesh sieve for a clear soup.

Notes
