- 1 tbsp chia seeds (soaked)
- 1 cup water (warm or room temperature)
Instructions
- Soak chia seeds in 1/4 cup water for 5–10 minutes.
- In a glass, combine apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, and grated ginger.
- Add soaked chia seeds and the remaining water. Stir well.
- Drink 30 minutes before a meal, preferably breakfast.
