Ingredients

- 8–10 oz warm filtered water
- Juice from ½ lemon
- Optional: 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
Instructions
- Warm the water.
- Mix in salt, lemon juice, and vinegar (if using).
- Stir well and drink slowly on an empty stomach.
- Follow with light breakfast 30–60 minutes later.
Notes
