- 1 small cinnamon stick
- 2 cups water
- ½ lemon (juice)
Instructions
- Bring 2 cups water to a boil.
- Add lemon balm, ginger, and cinnamon.
- Reduce heat and let simmer for 8–10 minutes.
- Strain and stir in lemon juice.
- Serve warm or chill for iced version.
