- Juice of ½ lemon
- ½ tsp ginger
- 1 tsp chia seeds (optional)
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- 8–10 oz water
Instructions
- Add ACV, lemon, ginger, and cinnamon to glass.
- Stir in chia seeds and let sit for 5 mins.
- Add water, sweeten if desired, stir, and enjoy.
