- 1 tbsp chia seeds (soaked)
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1.5 – 2 cups warm filtered water
- Pinch of pink Himalayan salt
- Optional: ½ tsp grated fresh ginger or 2 mint leaves
Instructions
- In a small bowl, soak chia seeds in ¼ cup of water for 10–15 minutes (until gel-like).
- Add soaked chia, lemon juice, warm water, and pink salt to a large glass or jar.
- Stir well to mix evenly.
- Add ginger or mint if desired.
- Let sit for 2–3 minutes before sipping. Drink slowly for best results.
Notes
For best results, drink fresh. Can be stored in the fridge for up to 12 hours, but may thicken over time—stir before drinking.
